What is Revival Cap Co.?
Revival Cap Co. is a Christian faith-based headwear brand created to inspire believers to live boldly and wear their faith proudly. Each piece is designed to spark conversation, strengthen community, and remind us that revival begins within.

Orders & Production

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are produced, shipped and arrive within 4 -12 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because all of our items are made to order, we can only make changes or cancellations within a short time after purchase. If you need help, please email us right away at team@therevivalinitiative.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
We are in the process of adding international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and will be shown at checkout when available.

How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account or check your confirmation email for updates.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at team@therevivalinitiative.com within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right.

What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?
Please email team@therevivalinitiative.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review it promptly and send a replacement if necessary.
